Say Hello To Our Team

Our friendly, experienced staff are here to make your life easier. We have a dedicated onsite management team consisting of experienced property managers, your own facilities team, cleaners & security personnel.

We work closely together to make sure your community is kept beautifully clean, safe, and we take care of all that maintenance stuff in your home that you just don’t need to deal with. We’ll let you know when your parcels have arrived and keep you up to date with all the good stuff like restaurant specials, community events and free Yoga classes.

We have a nifty little resident portal called Property Tree where you’ll be in regular communication with your dedicated property manager for anything you need and any questions you have.

April’s background in accounting, legal agreements, and customer service allows her to provide residents with detailed, proactive, and exceptional service. She understands the importance of effective communication and values building strong relationships with her tenants.

I have role responsibilities across South East Queensland including Smith Collective where I lead a team of 5 staff including a Maintenance manager, Security and Cleaning staff on a day to day basis.   I am also responsible on site for Risk Management, planned and unplanned maintenance, Project Management, Procurement, Contract management and Finance Management. I enjoy interacting regularly with our community.

“In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym and other fitness related activities.  I currently play cricket and also enjoy watching my adult sons play their sport.”
