We have seven acres of green space for your fur baby to explore and stretch their legs as well as the dedicated off leash dog park right next to our precinct. Southport CBD and our beautiful Surfers Paradise, Main Beach and Broadbeach beaches are less than 10km away. Harbour Town Shopping Centre is also only 10 mins drive from Smith Collective. We are very conveniently located in between the Gold Coast Highway and the Pacific Motorway to make your exploring super easy.
There are more than 60 public transport bus routes in the area including “turn up and go services” that operate every 15 minutes or better, seven days a week. The nearest bus stop to the precinct is a leisurely 450m stroll up Nexus Way to the Griffith University bus stop. This will get you to the local Helensvale train station, and then you could be on your way north to Brisbane for the weekend to see your favourite sporting & arts events.

Our minimum lease length is 6 months.
Each lease holder will receive 1 x unit key, 1 x security fob, 1 x mailbox key and 1 x sliding glass door key.
Our utilities are not included in your weekly rent, each tenant is responsible for connecting and paying for your utilities directly with the suppliers. We will provide our recommended suppliers however we are happy for you to use other providers should our providers not be suitable.
Rent is paid weekly into our nominated bank account and can be paid further in advance at your convenience.
Our 3 bedroom apartments include 1 secure garage carpark plus 1 carpark on the driveway.
Absolutely! You are spoilt for choice between Australia Fair, Pacific Fair, Harbourtown and Westfield Helensvale. Not to mention the onsite Woolworths and BWS.
We require 4 weeks rent in advance of moving in, which is payable as the bond.
Wi-Fi is not included in your weekly rent however our preferred Wi-Fi supplier is guaranteed to provide the best value for money. If you find a better plan, they’ll match it! Your Wi-Fi will also be connected from your move in day.
Our current restaurants include Café 63, Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers, Limewood Co & Sushi Hyo. If your venturing just outside the community you also have The Junction at Griffith University and Southport Sharks at your disposal.
