Weekly Yoga with Laura
Every Monday morning, Tuesday evening & Friday morning, Smith Residents can enjoy a relaxing hour of FREE Yoga held in the vacant ground floor room next to the Village Heart water feature. Monday classes at 6am – 7am are suited more to intermediate Yogi’s and then Tuesday classes are 6:15pm – 7:15pm & Friday classes are 6:15am – 7:15am, both of which are suited to beginners and all levels from a relaxation perspective. We suggest you arrive at least 5 mins prior to class commencement. Bring your mat and water bottle and settle in for a self-empowerment to your own health and wellness.
