You can be a student that lives by themselves in our 1 bedroom apartments or you can join in with other students and share our 2 bedroom apartments or 3 bedroom townhouses. Our modern and stylish apartments come equipped with everything students need such as a full kitchen, dishwasher, gas cooking, air conditioning and internal laundries, saving you from going to communal laundries. High speed internet is also available to ensure you can access your studying online.

We also have fully furnished 1 and 2 bedroom apartments for students however these are limited and are subject to availability.

Our apartments include 24 hour security onsite, four resident pools & gyms, plus acres of greenspace and walking tracks. 1 secure underground car park is included with each of our apartments. You can choose to overlook the landscaping or have a pool view. Our apartments come with reverse cycle air conditioning in all rooms and a balcony or courtyard for the perfect mix of indoor/outdoor living.

We have 24 hour onsite security and a dedicated onsite property management and maintenance team. We take care of the gardening and maintenance unless you are in a townhouse, so you have less to do which suits student life perfectly. Our retail precinct is growing rapidly and includes a Woolworths, BWS and a variety of cafes and restaurants, not to mention we are only around the corner from Southport Sharks.
