Our 1 bedroom apartments are perfect if you are a student simply wanting your own peace and privacy versus share accommodation. Our modern and stylish apartments come equipped with a full kitchen, dishwasher, gas cooking, air conditioning and internal laundries, saving you from going to communal laundries. High speed internet is also available to ensure you get through your studies without network interruptions.
If you’re looking to move in with flatmates, our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartments are the option for you. Get your fellow students together to share a spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Enjoy the High Speed Internet that is available to complete your studies and then relax in our private resident pools or workout in our gyms to stay fit and healthy.
Our 3 bedroom townhouses are fit for student share living. With 3 separate bedrooms and 3 separate bathrooms, there’s plenty of space to spread out with your mates. Our modern furnished apartments come with all the bells and whistles of our unfurnished apartments, but with a few extra very handy items you’ll need like basic dining, bedroom & living room furniture in addition to a fridge, microwave and washing machine.

Accessing Public Transport from Smith Collective is easy, just a short 450m stroll and you are connected to the Gold Coast G-link and bus routes. Our location along Smith Street also provides perfect access to the Pacific Motorway or the Gold Coast Highway depending on where you’re planning to go.
Studying on the Gold Coast is made easy with our internationally recognised education institutions like Griffith University, Bond University and Southern Cross University. All of these options are well known, very credible and offer something that suits each individual students’ learning needs.
