For the safety and comfort of you and your fellow Collectives, all pets are subject to landlord approval. Pets over 10 kilograms are not permitted in apartments, but may be considered for townhouses, subject to our terms and conditions.

Smith Collective offers stylish and spacious 2 bedroom apartments for you, your family or if you have a flatmate. There’s plenty of space with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that lead out to open plan living, dining and your own private balcony or courtyard. Enjoy air conditioning, gas cooking, secure car parking and our resident facilities such as pools, gyms and veggie gardens.
If you’re after a bit more space and privacy, then Smith Collective’s 3 bedroom townhouses are perfect for you. Enjoy 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, your own lock up garage, large backyard and open plan living & dining.
