Our modern and stylish apartments come equipped with everything that a student needs, including a full kitchen, dishwasher, gas cooking, air conditioning and an internal laundry, saving you time and money from going to communal laundries. High speed internet is also available to ensure you can access your studies online without network interruptions.
We also have fully furnished 1 bedroom apartments available for international and local students, however these are limited and are subject to availability.
Our apartments include 24 hour security onsite, four resident pools & gyms, BBQ areas, community vegetable gardens plus acres of greenspace and walking tracks. One secure underground car park is also included with each of our apartments.

Smith Collective has some of the best facilities in Southport, with 4 private resident pools, gyms, community vegetable gardens & an array of BBQ areas to enjoy. It also features a Woolworths supermarket, BWS, a selection of dining options, hairdressers and barbers. There is also a dedicated off leash dog park and children’s playground, plus 7 acres of greenspace and walking tracks, perfect for relaxing picnics in the park!
We have a dedicated onsite property management team as well as a facilities & security team. All of our apartments come equipped with one secure car park space, however accessing public transport is just as easy – a short 450m stroll, connecting you to the Gold Coast G-link and numerous bus routes.
Our location along Smith Street provides perfect access to the Pacific Motorway or the Gold Coast Highway depending on where you’re planning to go.
You are spoilt for choice with a range of restaurants and cafes within the Smith Collective precinct and near Griffith University. Positioned right next to a public transport and G-link station, Smith Collective is the most convenient choice for international student accommodation, with easy access to the rest of the Gold Coast from the campus doorstep. We are also located right next to the Gold Coast University Hospital and the Gold Coast Private Hospital.
Studying on the Gold Coast is made easy with our internationally recognised education institutions like Griffith University, Bond University and Southern Cross University. All of these educational facilities are well known throughout Australia and offer something that suits every individual students’ learning needs.
The Griffith University Institute for Glycomics and Menzies Health Institute Queensland are also conveniently located within the Griffith University grounds, whilst Bond University is accessible via a short drive by car or using public transport.
