Terms and Conditions

By entering the “Smith Collective 12 days of Giftmas” competition, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

1. STANDARD TERMS

1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.

2. WHO CAN ENTER?

2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to all residents and visitors of Smith Collective.

2.2 Employees and their immediate families of Smith Collective, their associated agencies and companies including contracted parties involved in the promotion are not eligible to enter.

3. HOW TO ENTER

3.1 The competition commences on 10th December 2021 and concludes on 22nd December 2021.

3.2 In order to enter, persons must spend $10 or more at participating retailers and $50 or more at Woolworths within the Smith Collective precinct and collect their receipt.

3.3 Each receipt of over $10 entitles customers to one entry. To enter again, another receipt of over $10 must be made (for participating retailers). Each receipt of over $50 at Smith Collective Woolworths entitles customers to one entry. To enter again, another receipt of over $50 must be obtained from Smith Collective Woolworths.

3.4 Purchases of tobacco, lotto products or medicine are not eligible as part of the $10 minimum spend required to enter.

3.5 Entrants upload a photo of their receipt to https://www.smithcollective.com.au/12-days-of-giftmas/ to be in the running for a prize. Winners will be notified via email daily. 

3.6 Entrants in the competition may enter the competition as many times as they like.

4. PRIZES

4.1 There are 140 prizes available. Winners will be notified via email. Prizes will be delivered to them via post. The prizes are set out below.

4.2 The prizes are awarded in the form of gift vouchers that can be redeemed at participating Smith Collective stores. Prizes are broken down as follows:

• 10 x $100 Hello Hair Collective Gift Card
• 20 x $25 Barbers of Belgium Gift Card
• 10 x $25 Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers Gift Card
• 10 x $25 Amcal Gift Card
• 10 x $50 Dental on Nexus Gift Card
• 10 x $25 Malaysia Makanan Gift Cards
• 10 x $10 Café 63 Gift Card
  
• 1 x $100 Gold Coast Massage and Spa
• 10 x $50 Smith Collective Gift Card
  
• 20 x $100 Smith Collective Gift Card
• 10 x $200 Smith Collective Gift Card

4.3 The winners will be notified via email and their prize will be posted to them via mail. 

4.4 In participating in the competition, the winners agree to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Competition. The winners agree to granting the promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.

4.5 If a winner of the prize is under the age of 18 as at the date of the draw, an adult must accompany the minor in the participation of the prize.

4.6 Prizes cannot be transferred nor redeemed for cash. Photo Identification must be produced when redeeming any vouchers.

5. NO LIABILITY

5.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions.

5.2 Smith Collective & affiliates and associated agencies and companies will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.

5.3 Smith Collective & affiliates and associated agencies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss or claim that may occur:

1. a) during the draw;
2. b) whilst undertaking any activity in or connected with their entry into the draw
3. c) in the participation in any prize;
4. d) as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail;
5. e) due to the broadcast of any program relating to the competition or the publication of any material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person;
6. f) in relation to failure of an entry to be received by the promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion;
7. g) arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any computer equipment, software, internet connection, any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer software related to or resulting from participation in this promotion;

5.4 Smith Collective & affiliates and associated agencies assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.

5.5 If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition
